Sustainability & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

In the field of sustainability:

  • Preparing ESRS-compliant sustainability reports

  • Implementing the EU Taxonomy for mid-sized clients

  • Further development of our ESG consulting services

  • Leading sustainability projects from a technical perspective

  • Supporting audit projects in collaboration with our audit team

In the field of Power BI reporting:

  • Designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards

  • Connecting and transforming various data sources

  • Implementing DAX calculations and efficient data modeling

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Sustainability Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Initial experience in one or more of the following areas: ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, financial auditing, data analysis

  • Confident use of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus

  • Interest in regulatory ESG topics (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy)

  • Open-mindedness and willingness to grow across disciplines

  • A structured, independent work style combined with strong team spirit

  • Environmental and sustainability awareness
