ADVICON is an audit and tax advisory firm based in Munich, Germany. For our ADVI Madeira team, we are ooking for a Permaculture Manager (m/f/d) to join us in Funchal, Madeira, on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).
We are looking for a motivated, reliable and hands-on person who enjoys working outdoors, getting their hands dirty and taking care of our garden and permaculture areas.
Your Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for landlords, contractors, and service providers.
Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of our houses, gardens, and surrounding properties.
Visit and assess potential properties and land, considering their suitability for our projects.
Support the development and ongoing maintenance of our permaculture projects, including fruit trees, vegetable and herb gardens, and get hands-on in the garden when needed.
Contribute your own ideas for the sustainable development and use of our properties.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
